The staff was friendly and helpful however our room was unclean when we arrived. There were dirty towels in the room and you could tell someone just used the bathroom. The staff did correct this matter.

Non refundable reservations, lost about &149.00.

I'm sorry to hear that! It’s frustrating when you can’t change plans. Depending on the booking every reservation is different, and cancellations vary within. Hopefully you will be able to stay with us soon again.

The area was convenient. They changed so much for breakfast/room service. The rooms were outdated and not very clean. The pool area was noisy and dirty.

It sounds like there were some positives, like the convenient location and the breakfast options, but the cleanliness and outdated rooms definitely detracted from your experience. It’s a shame that the pool area was noisy and not to your standards as well. Sharing this feedback directly with the correct managers so this might help them address these issues for future guests. All fine, but not exceptional. Housekeeping did not replace empty tissue box and exchange used bath mat on floor. Staff at coffee stand were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
