The property is old, one toilet ran and ‘flushed’ all night, there was no coffee, the towels did not seem to be really clean

Horrible Location
Publié le 7 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayFirst I will start off with, Tom was amazing. Very communicative and so sweet! He let us check in early and was great! However, this property is HORRIBLE. It's in a bad part of town, we were literally scared to stay here. We propped a chair up at the door. The windows didn't lock. It was extremely loud. The entire apartment is in need of a massive overall. We had to buy sheets, pillows, and extra towels during our stay. It was me and two of my girl friends that stayed here and we had to have our Uber drivers watch us as we walked into the apartment. It felt like section 8 housing. We literally called this place "murder house" - we were scared for our lives.

Wow. Kristina stayed with us for 3 days 20 days ago and we had three communication with her asking if everything is alright and asked if she had a comfortable stay upon leaving and none of this was brought to our attention.
Cleanliness is our top priority and we are very happy with our experienced cleaners work, and we have hosted many happy families here.
In terms of safety, I think our area is very safe and the police station is very close in the event a disturbance happens.

The condo was nice but I was not aware it was an upstairs unit and that was difficult due to my 78 year old husband and 95 year old mother. The unit was clean but needs multiple light bulbs replaced in the permanent fixtures. The TV user instructions would have helped. I felt that a more secure inside door lock would have made me feel safer. The microwave turn table did not work. It would have been nice to have the refrigerator ice maker functional. For a three bedroom unit there should have been more available seating.

Although I requested lower level apartment at the time of booking due to knee surgery, it was not made available after I was told they had one available a week before my stay
