Stains on the carpet and blood stains on curtains, no housekeeping for our entire 4 day stay. Mildew in bathroom, leaking fridge.

The facility is in need of remodel

No WIFI service it’s not working at all with no response from the staff
HK service every three night it’s not daily; however didn’t make up our room for the first three nights even ,, so the FO changed our room
Hotel is tired needs over all renovation
Even the hot water not working one light in bathroom not working, I complained but no response at all
