Cigarette smoke everywhere and bed was worse I’ve ever had anywhere. No sleep at all.

Carpet stained and sticky spots, elevator buttons missing and dirty, Loud noise hallway late night, seems some are living there. Parking and access points except for the front a bit unsafe for a single woman traveling. I left after one night of my two nights reserved. Would be nice to get a partial refund. Seems that no one is having anything updated for some time now as it looks like just a real decline over years.

Elevators frequently didnt work. AC only did cold. None of the buttons worked. Neighbors were screaming all morning. Wonderful front desk people though

Staff were very kind and helpful and things were very quiet. But, the Hotel smelled really bad inside (a very musty odd smell throughout), and there were numerous stains on the carpet in the hallways, our room was no exception. From a safety standpoint, the outside entryway door closest to our room wouldn’t lock, even though it should have been a keycard entry only entrance, so anyone could have entered the hotel through that door at any time.

Staff had an attitude at times. We stayed 3 nights. Elevator did not work one night. We had to wait 20 mins for that problem to be resolved. Cars were racing around building. You had to be very watchful. All in all the stay was ok. Thank you.
