We also would have appreciated having an ice machine available since there are no ice trays and the ice maker is not hooked up in the room refrigerator/freezer. We did enjoy the coffee, although it was not available all the time, only in the morning.

Room for improvement

We chose this property because it was one that actually had a separate room and a living room and kitchen area which is a plus for a family. They checked us into a room that was not ready for guest it was not clean at all & the carpet was soaking wet. They switched our room but that room also could have been cleaned better. The condition of the rooms look like they do a quick refresh but not a proper cleaning and I guess no one goes behind and inspects after. I feel like a property like this with the kitchen there should be a better standard of cleaning after each checkout to ensure a good guest experience for the next. The linen for the sofabed was balled up and just thrown in the closet so there is no way to tell if it was clean linen or not which was extremely off putting. This property is also extremely low staffed the front desk clerk has to multitask.

Nice area convienent and easy to find. Problem with dishwasher not drainng, but told staff so they could have it repaired. Also door handle of fridge. Staff was ki d and respectful, very nice.

The room was not clean. There were hairs in the shower and bathroom sink.

Property was nasty in the inside rooms look like they haven’t been clean , let’s not forget property is infested with ROACHES! They checked me in under the wrong person when they had my ID in hand idk how that could happen. Room has a fridge that looks like it’s from 1980 and never been clean just all around I wouldn’t recommend -10/10
