The room was clean and the staff was very nice. However, the sheets and bedspread had cigarette burned holes in them. The ice bucket also had cigarette burns in the bottom of it. There was no remote to change the TV, you had to do it by hand. The phone that was on the bedside table had no cord so you could not call the front desk or God forbid 911. They only had 1 ice machine working and the other ones were unplugged. It was the same for the vending machines. I'm just grateful that there was no bedbugs or roaches there. We slept well and the staff were so kind.

Some other staff at the front desk.Was wonderful.It was just the other people that was employed.I don't know if they management or what not so good.And they made feel like this stuff.That was going on in the rooms like I did it I had To switch rooms two times because of the condition they was in I would never Stay at a budget inn and that Location ever again?I wish I was able to get my money baby

The front desk.People was okay about my situation But housekeeping And whoever Else was in charge It was not good at all The rooms and everything was not in good condition What's not in good condition and that I did the damage If I was able to get my refund back I would definitely try to I know.I would never stay there again

Fridge wasnt working on the first day. They replaced it the second day.

This was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had. Me and my partner felt unsafe the entire time the door opened very easily they left us with no towels the bedsheet had burns in it there was one thin blanket they didn’t give us any soap to wash our hands with. The surrounding area was worse we felt like we were going to be robbed or have our cars stolen there was so many people it was on overall awful experience if I could get a refund for it I would for emotional trauma
