Ms Faye who runs the Cafe is the very best. She has personality, knows the best places to go to and is just great! She makes the place.

Hotel was very clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. Hotel was close to many dining option and 1 1/2 blocks to the Red Hat Venue.

Nice hotel, room, services and location was great. Less than 5 min walk to The Red Hat Amphitheater which was our destination. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay again if needed

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Raleigh. The front desk host, Celeste, was pleasant, sweet, and incredibly accommodating. She ensured that we got our room quickly and without any issues. We were also provided with several key cards, which was very convenient. I visit Raleigh every year for the Caribbean Festival, and my stays at the Sheraton have always been great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

This has been the 3rd stay for me and my party at the Sheraton Raleigh. I have received nothing but pleasure each time I stayed. Check-in is smooth, might have a small wait but we are always greeted with a smile and friendly service. Our room was comfortable. Always accomodating. May not have mini fridges or microwaves in any of the rooms, but this hotel has style and class. Housekeeping is always smiling when I see them in the halls. I knownit may be separate but Jimmy V's is always a favorite. Ms. Shelly has become the friend I never knew I needed. The location is central to many different restaurants and stores. You cannot ask for a much better place to stay.
