Smell of weed on interior & exterior of facility including room. Requested to move to another room but the toilet was dirty around the creases and the floor was dirty. Requested a refund but they said they couldn’t because it was booked thru Travelocity.

Black Mold.
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI tossed and turned all night. I thought my allergy was flaring up, coughing and sneezing throughout the night. I woke up took a shower and opened the curtains only to glance over at the air-conditioned unit. It was covered with Black mold, along with the curtain and the side of the desk that was in from of it. I have a upper respiratory condition that was obviously affected.

Scary Sonesta
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is dated and could use a remodel to the rooms. The carpet is very worn and in rough condition. The couch was scary. We didn’t sit on it. Bed was comfortable enough. The pillows need to be replaced. Not enough toilet paper. No lotion in the room. There was yelling and fighting outside in the parking lot every night which disturbed sleep. Will not stay there again.

The hotel is old and dirty. The toilet ran constantly. Lots of noise - doors banging g and people yelling in the parking lot. The police was actually called one of the days. Would never stay at that property again or recommend to anyone to stay there.
