Hotel was nice and clean but the staff was horrible. Had to track down front desk staff everytime after waiting for over 5 minutes each time. Bought a beverage from their snack area and come to find out it had been opened prior to me buy and was given crap by the staff when I asked for a replacement not even 2 minutes after I made the purchase. The breakfast was garbage! Made from a bag eggs, the bacon was just like the dog treat beggin strips, and every thing else was just trash and cold at 8:30am. Also, they don’t tell you until you arrive but you have to pay to park as well.

Thanksgiving 2 day stay. Clean rooms. Newer property. This is a good hotel , clean and offers free coffee and tea 24/7. Only gripe would be the small pillows.

I was bitten in bed numerous times while sleeping during my stay. Reported my findings to the general manger. From the start of our conversation he had an attitude. Almost like he couldn’t be bothered with my complaint. I asked him for his bosses contact information. He stated that he’s not giving me that information, but I can go on Google and Google it. He then proceeded to questioned me several times. Almost like he thought I was making this all up. My complaint was met with zero compassion. I was not looking for anything in return. I just wanted to make sure this didn’t happen to someone else.

Wouldn't Recommend
The hotel was adequate, but I wouldn't stay there again. First of all, the smell (a fake floral odor) was extremely overpowering and unwelcome when you walk in. They also charge $15 per night for parking and you have to ask to have your room cleaned/towels restocked each day (we were not told about the cleaning upon check-in). The room was without the coffee being stocked and there was no hair dryer in the room. We had to ask for one, which arrived the next day. We were attending a wedding event and I had to air dry my hair the first evening. The breakfast was including, but absolutely inedible. There are plenty of nice places to stay in the area, so I would NOT suggest this hotel.
