My husband woke up to find cockroaches in the bed. He let the front desk know as he was leave and received a “we will look into it” response.

It's concerning that the response from the front desk was so minimal. I would like to speak with you more about this when and if you have the time please reach out to the hotel and ask for the manager Steve.

It was amazing and will stay there again! Rooms are clean and staff are phenomenal. Complimentary dinner and breakfast is fantastic.

Unfortunate Situation
Publié le 17 avr. 2024 sur HotelsI really surprised I received this email to rate my stay at the hotel. Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel due to no rooms available because of construction. We did not find this out until we tried to check in. The front desk clerk was very kind & apologetic stating he callled Hotels.com to inform but did not receive any help. He had to wait for us to arrive. He stated he tried to get contact information but was not given any from hotels.com. Of course it was very late at night & made for a longer evening when communication was made with hotels.com & issue mostly resolved.

I will never stay at Staybridge Suites
Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HotelsWe booked for two room and got confirmation. When we arrived, they told us there was only one room. The said it was Hotels.com problem, not ours. I expect some compensation - I had to find a room at another hotel.

The property was really in a good shape and the the entire staff was cooperative and friendly. Room service was prompt. They even offered complimentary dinner every alternate evening. I would definitely stay there when I visit Raleigh next time.
