The front desk staff were kind. My only complaint with the staff is upon arrival the front desk associate double charged me. I asked her before I put my card in why it was showing a $153 charge and she said that it was showing my total after I pay the incidental fee but I’d only be charged $25; which was incorrect she double charged me. She rectified her error so it was made right. The room was disappointing. There were hairs all over the bed, a bug on the decorative blanket, hair in the tub, and on the shower wall. I’m pretty sure the hair was from the cleaning lady because it looked like she cleaned but her hairs fell out after; not too sure but still disgusting nonetheless. Lucky for me I bring cleaning supplies with me for these instances. Also, the ac unit was extremely loud and leaked out pools of water onto the carpet. Other than that the hotel was ok plus free parking. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but hey if you’re looking for something quick and cheap I’d recommend you stay here but proceed with caution.

Great Stay

Great little hotel that is a fun and convenient location. It is obviously an old motel that has been completely renovated and has more special touches in the room than most 4 or 5 star resorts. Great bar up front. Fun clean hotel.

Perfect for the occasion

Super cute hotel. I only gave 4 stars for comfort because our air didn’t work but it was cold enough outside it stayed semi comfortable. They do have 24/7 front desk service so we could have contacted them but we didn’t realize until the middle of the night. The outdoor courtyard is somewhere I could hang out for a few hours! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Would certainly stay here again.
