Like many tiny homes, the stairway to the loft bedroom is steep and narrow, take care and use the provided handrail.
Guests have designated parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars. The fenced backyard is shared with guests staying in the main home on the property.

Beautiful Home
Our first experience in a tiny home. Beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet, with off street parking. Within walking distance to Duke Hospital.
Only con is the stairs are small and steep.
