The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff were all super nice and accommodating. The entry into the hotel is nice and well kept. The rooms themselves need updating. I do not travel a lot but the basics like updated mattresses seems like it would not be too much to ask for. The rooms truly are dated and I truly hope this will be something the owners consider, considering everything else was great. Thank you to the staff for great service.

Convenient location to NC State University. I have stayed at the other hotels in the surrounding area. This is the one. This hotel had a decent breakfast, a big & clean room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom amenities. Fast & free WiFi. Friendly front desk personnel. Will definitely stay here during my next visits.

Dimeena was at the front desk when i arrived. She was extremely kind, and i was able to get settled in my room earlier than i expected. I was really appreciative because i had already had a long morning due to a 6 a.m. flight from Syracuse and was extremely tired. My room was very clean, and it was a quiet space.
