We love Todd!
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsTodd, in the breakfast area was very helpful, he kept the area clean, assisted in waffle making, and had a welcome smile. The overall 5 was for the breakfast choices.
A boiled egg would be so much better than the eggs you’ll serve. Few healthy choices.

Our room had a toilet that was constantly running and we found that the flapper was extremely deteriorated. We notified the staff the next morning and nothing was done about before we left two days later. The AC unit had a loud whining noise every time it kicked on as well.

Didnt like being placed by exit door on bottom floor as well as I called the front desk to complain about the smell of dog and was given a bottle of air freshener

The only thing about the property that I did not like was the mattress on the bed was extremely hard.

Hair in the bathtub. I asked them to clean it in the morning. Came back from work late afternoon and bed was made towels cleaned up and hair was still in the tub. Had to have the manager clean it up. Not good!

We are in the process of adding staaff. I am returning as the manger and began Monday 10/28/24. Will be meeting with staff end of week.
