Chose to stay elsewhere. Beware of charges.
Publié le 31 juill. 2018 sur HotelsAfter visiting the hotel and looking over the premises, we decided to look for accommodations elsewhere. We cancelled our reservations for out 8 night stay. Despite cancelling, the hotel charged my credit card for the full amount for all nights claiming it is against hotel.com policy to not charge if the cancellation is late.
I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I understand hotels.com has a 20% fee for cancellation, so it is inexcusable for the hotel to charge me for all 8 nights when we chose not to stay at the hotel for even one night.
Overall, the hotel seemed haphazardly kept up. We just did not feel comfortable being there.

Dirty and way overpriced

There was no hot water 4 times out of the 6 times I attempted to shower, including the night I arrived when I waited until 2 in the morning for them to fix the hot water. The breakfast was truly subpar. The restaurant was not open for room service or dining during Ramadan which is something they should inform guests about. I had a seven day reservation but was so frustrated with the poor quality of everything that I left a day earlier. The management refused to give me even a partial refund for that night.
