Ordered a room for 3 people and was given a king bed with a twin mattress on the floor. Not very comfortable for the price and a 5 star hotel. People were very nice.

Staff at Grand Park Hotel were extremely nice and welcoming. Rooms are big and comfortable with easy parking access if you are arriving by car. The dining areas are not smoke-free which is the only criticism I could find for this hotel. Restaurant was good and portions are very generous.

Overall good experience, staff where very helpfull , breakfast was below par, they could do much better in quality service and over all offerings. Room and cleanliness was at par.

I liked the room. Spacious, well designed and comfortable. What I didn’t like is the erratic functioning of the TV and the fact that most of the machines in the gym were not functioning
