Absolutely beautiful location and facility. Yiu can just walk by the canal from the patio or just enjoy the view by your own firepit.

This is a beautiful property with so much potential. The management of this place needs to be changed. Staff are not helpful and does not care. EV charger on site wanting to charge $10/hour is ridiculous. This is higher price than gas. It would charge $100 to get you 300 to 400km. Really???? Is this place trying to promote oil and get people to hate EVs? Operating on a skeleton staff. One person serving the whole restaurant for dinner with almost 40 customers having food. Food quality is not very great. Oily bar food. Cleaning staff asking if they should clean certain area in the room. Admin dying to put wrong coffee pods in the machine. Telling us that Uber does not exist when there is. This place is in a very nice setting with a nice small beach that is great for children. Lots of beautiful trees with fresh air.

Thank you, your feedback is always appreciated. Our staff are very caring and do the best their best when asked for assistance. The coffee machines do take the bags that you are supplied with in the room, just the same as a regular pods are, next time ask and we would be happy to help you with what you are needing assistance with.

We chose to stay at Lagoon City Pier One Resort while house hunting in the area, as it was our preferred location and we wanted to avoid driving into the city. Unfortunately, our experience at this resort was deeply disappointing. We arrived at 2 pm, which was early for check-in, so we understood that our room wouldn’t be ready until the designated 4 pm time. We decided to wait at the onsite restaurant, where the service was excellent—a promising start to what we hoped would be a pleasant stay. However, things took a turn for the worse when we returned at 4 pm to check into our room. Despite it being the official check-in time, our room was still not ready, and we were left waiting until 4:30 pm to finally receive our keys. Upon entering the room, we were appalled by the level of cleanliness—or rather, the lack thereof. The room was filthy, with no towels provided and long black hair clinging to the walls and in the shower. It was clear that the cleaning staff were more interested in lounging on the patios smoking than attending to their responsibilities. After seeing the condition of the first room and the inadequate cleanliness of the “upgraded” room we were moved to, we decided that staying at this resort was not worth the trouble. We promptly checked out and found accommodations elsewhere, which, though not as conveniently located, provided a far superior experience in terms of service and cleanliness.

The service was amazing, staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice as well mentained, Can't wait to come back really loved this place

Very nice location but that’s about it. Room was not ready at check in. Floors were not vacuumed or moped. Windows were covered in dead bugs and had not been cleaned in a long while. Clean towels were missing on arrival. The rooms and property really need updating and repairs. Restaurant dining had limited menu because of the long weekend. Staff were very friendly but understaffed. 2/5
