waterfront lake Simcoe 4season cottage which has perfect view of overlooking of the lake with absolutely clean water is perfect for swimming, with lots of outdoor space and activities, enjoy the cottage with friends or family and enjoy the perfect view of sunset, only 15 mins away from casino, enjoy the fishing in summer, ice skating in winter and all types of water activities on water, it is about an hour to hour and half from GTA, children can enjoy wooden bunk house by the water also,
This beautiful cottage is for relaxing with lots of outdoor and indoor activities
-5 bedrooms , one king bed and 4 queen beds
-cottage also has a back up electric generator in a case of power outage
-you can enjoy the hot tub and sauna and relax with friends and family
- outdoor playground for kids
-water activities and equipment
-enjoy the hight speed internet with smart tv
-Fishing and boating are the most attraction of the summer.this cottage has the most beautiful sunrise you could see in lake simcoe . We provide 3 kayak and 3 paddle and one board to enjoy the peaceful lake.
-you have lots of to do in winter such as sledding, ice fishing, skating and play hockey on the frozen lake. Guests also can relax in the private hot tub and sauna.

- max capacity is 10 people during the day and 8 people over night as per local by law regulation

- only one garbage bag per 2 nigths reservation, there`s a charge of $20 for extra bags

Great cottage! Nice and Clean!
We are a family of 3 and stayed in this cozy cottage for 4 nights. The cottage is well maintained, nice and clean. The host is very patient and responds to our questions promptly. We enjoyed BBQ facing the lake, and sunrise in the morning! Will like to come back again.

Great stay
Great place to stay! The backyard was enormous for games. The lake was very nice as well. All amenities in the property worked fine. The hot tub’s chlorine was a bit too much and it bleached all of our swim suits.
One inconvenience to point out is the requirement to take all trash with you when you check out. We checked out on the holiday so all garbage dumps were closed… so we had to bring back bags of trash all the way back to the city…

Great Experience at this fabulous waterfront cottage
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the most charming waterfront cottage, and it was an absolutely delightful experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were enjoying the stunning views of the lake. The cottage itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, exuding a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The living area was spacious and comfortable, featuring large windows that offered panoramic views of the water.
The hosts were incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our visit special.
