If i could give a hotel 6 stars i would. This place was amazing from the moment we came to the moment we left it was amazing. Staff is extremely friendly amd helpful i will be going back again mext and stay longer

Alles cool! Pool schön warm (einziges Mini-Manko: keine Massagedüsen zum einschalten aktiv), Frühstück Top. Shuttle zur Piste. Praktische Zimmer mit viel Ablage, super. Wir kommen wieder.

The property was recommended to me by a German acquaintance: it is really nice in terms of architecture, style and services. What was disappointing to me was my experience with my dog. During my reservation, the property was identified as "animals allowed" by Expedia, so I simply reserved for me and my 3 daughters. When I got there, the personnel told me they actually only have 2 rooms for dogs, that for this reason, the only way for me to be their guest was paying 20 € more per day (which is quite common in my experience with hotels with dogs) and, on top of that, 90€ for additional cleaning. I was > 600 Km from home and after a 7 hrs drive, and I had already paid in advance. So I accepted. When I checked out, it actually came out that the additional spend for cleaning was 180€. despite my complaints, they kept telling that they had clarified the actual surcharge for cleaning would be 90€x2, on top of the normal cleaning already included in the reservation rates. This is important to know for other Expedia customers that would like to consider the property for their trip with animals.

Dear Cecilia, thank you for your kind words. The Hotel is actually a non-dog hotel except the 2 rooms. We were not aware that Expedia claims, "dogs allowed" but we will have to change this fact asap. We apologise for the inconvenience. When you pre-book with your dog, you will get our dog rules in adavance and know them before arrival or booking. Our dog rules are: As all other rooms are anti-allergy rooms, dogs can only check in to Garden Nest No. 103 or Sweet Nest No. 410. For this reason, it is not possible to move or change rooms during your stay. Due to the increased cleaning effort, we charge 49,- Euro for the final cleaning of the room and 20,- Euro per day per dog for a stay of 1-3 nights. For a stay of 4 nights or more we charge 99,- Euro for the final cleaning of the room and 20,- Euro per day per dog. In case you bring your dog without letting us know in advance and use a "non dog" room, we will charge 180 Euros for the cleaning." The staff was so helpful, directing me to a clinic when I fell hiking. Called the clinic to tell them we were coming.
