Misleading and deceitful

- children under 12 do not need to pay and
- baby cot are available for free.
This was misleading and deceitful; We were asked upon our arrival to pay an extra £25 for our 2y old son and were advised that we should have booked a more expensive room...
Apart from that, the hotel is well located (between Ramsgate and Broadstairs) and the view is nice (direct view on the seaside) - but unsure we would go back

Great seaside location. Looked freshly decorated. Bright, clean bedroom and bathroom.

walking distance to Ramsgate Harbour. Bus stop 7 minutes from hotel. There was a loud humming noise coming from outside (it may be centarl A/C unit of hotel) that started at 6 am which was very disturbing. Do not recommend such room overlooking the back. Inclusive breakfast was far too basic like the room we booked. Better to book without it and pay for a decent breakfast. Overall, not great value for the price paid.

The hotel was great to stay in it was clean the staff was nice and approachable but it not wheelchair friendly you can get in to the hotel but you couldn’t fit a wheelchair in the lift without asking the person in the chair to get up and stand up to get the chair in the lift
