Good property to stay during pandemic

Stay was really special in the time of CVID. Property following all the norms of pandemic like Senatising of luaggage, mask etc. Got a little delay in getting room but they adjusted it against free upgrade. Overall a good property with well behaved staff.

Misleading photos--e.g. elliptical in gym, smokey rooms, will not call taxi but ask guest to wait an hour for massively overpriced hotel car--many better places in Ranchi!

Need proper maintenance

Not so good. WiFi was not working. The room key was giving a lot of problems but there was none to help. takes long time for room service. Would rate it 2.5 out of 5

Great staff. Hotel is very clean and I was upgraded to an executive suite. I have stayed at the Le Lac several times and found it to be of a very high standard. A vehicle is required to go shopping as it is approximately 1 kM from the main shopping area. Meals The hotel has vehicle hire or taxis are available. There is a good selection on the menu and hygienically catered for.
