I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The first room I was given was a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in both the hallway and the room. Despite notifying the front desk, I saw someone smoking with the door open in the room next to mine the following day. Eventually, I had to change rooms, but the new one was far from what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The facilities were not clean at all; the showerhead was rusted and the bathtub had visible cracks and signs of repairs. During my five-day stay, I ordered an iced Americano with breakfast, and except for one day, I received poorly made coffee. One day, they even brought me a hot latte instead. I had heard that this hotel was the best among those in the area, but I was truly disappointed.

This hotel is fantastic, and the location is perfect for experiencing the city's attractions whether you are there on business or for pleasure. As usual, the space was sleek, contemporary, and spotless. The hotel has a couple of restaurants, a spa, and a pool. The buffet breakfast served was excellent, including a good selection of dishes. The personnel, whether they were serving dinner or working at the reception, was kind and helpful, and the bed was extremely comfy. I'll stay here at this hotel the next time.

Love the ambiance and rooms. Staff was courteous. The area around was noisy though.
