This is a spectacular destination to just 'stay in and relax' or venture out to the beautiful country club that surrounds it or beyond to the various points of interest nearby.

Beautifully furnished, exceptional location, spectacular fairway and mountain views. Just steps from the best of 22 pools, Jacuzzi, and large lake with fountains. Spacious and well-appointed throughout. Open and bright , overlooks a lake with panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the 7th green and fairway, creating a spectacular backdrop for this charming home.

Sunrise Country Club has 22 swimming pools, 19 spas, four lakes, 13 tennis courts and an 18 hole, 64-par executive golf course, which meanders scenically through the gated condominium complex with 24-hour security. Residents have easy access to The River, El Paseo, Westfield Mall, theaters, restaurants and the renowned Eisenhower Medical Center.
This is an end unit with a large greenbelt leading to the entrance of the private courtyard.
It is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac facing Southeast with morning and early afternoon sun. Just a short distance from the pool and spa.

Sunrise Condo
Property is ideal for two people, has all amenities required for meal preparation, short distance from pool, yet distance enough not to cause any disturbance. Front courtyard and back patio provide enjoyable space depending on time of day. Sunshine all day on back patio views extraordinary! Communication with owners excellent. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Stunning views!
Having never been to this CA valley, we searched VRBO vigorously, and was fortunate enough to have secured a month in this unit. We interestingly find (our opinion) that new VRBO owners seem to underprice their listing for fear of not renting at first, and for this reason, we landed an excellent deal in such an upgraded unit, and location. We search listings that have 3-5 reviews and newer owners... Albeit there are always incidentals in life, weather, etc.. however, though we had 35 days in this unit, we concur with the previous reviews and would not hinder us from giving a solid 5 star rating! The unit too has a brand new Home security system which would give most a comfort in getting their own personal keypad entry code. Bonus! As you walk about, there is so much beauty in the gated complex! We don't think we will be able to return, as we don't think this unit will be affordable for our budget in the future!!! Book early and book many months if Leon and Carmen are willing to give you a deal! They are always readily available!

LOVED our stay!
Beautiful condo and location!! The condo is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We loved the outdoor space, the view of the golf course and mountains is beautiful! Carmen and Leon are very gracious hosts. They were there to greet us and show us around the property, and they responded immediately to any issue we had. We could tell they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. We are already booked for next year. Would definitely recommend this property!

Condo was hard to leave, very comfortable, supplied very well, owners very accommodating and most helpful. Very private, both from courtyard and patio. Patio and bedroom views spectacular. Can't wait to return!
