La temperatura exterior estaba en 9 grados centígrados lo que esperas cuando llegas a un hotel es sentir la calidez por el frío exterior Cuando camine a mi habitación me percaté que todas las habitaciones vacías estaban con las ventanas abiertas incluyendo la mía Nuestra habitación estaba helada La habitación no tenía calefacción en la habitación me llevaron un calenton que no funcionó como esperaba Iba en un viaje en familia con mi pequeña de 2 años lo cual no fue agradable Se pueden encontrar mejores opciones a precio más accesible

Dear Karina thank you for staying with us. I am very sorry to hear that your room was so cold. We have had a meeting after you left and the maids will make sure to close all windows when the outside temperatures are low. There is central heating in the floor, but if the windows were wide open it would have taken time for the room to warm up again. Our reservation was overlooked and our room was not ready and had to wait over an hour to have staff clean a room. Despite this, the stay was still very good with beautiful surroundings and a delicious breakfast. Would stay there again for sure.

Loved this place. Staff, food, view. Such a great place to stay and watch the fishermen fly fish. there is a waterfall nearby look for it. loved this place.

Wonderful place

Awesome location and great service. Communication upon check-in could have better regarding available amenities/meals. Bedding was not the most comfortable with a warmer room temperature. There was also a mixup regarding being double charged for a room, still pending resolution. But otherwise, a wonderful place to stay.

The property was on a river where they come fish for salmon, beautiful views, such a cute place!! Multiple areas to hangout, full bar, good breakfast in the morning. Clean. The staff were wonderful and so nice and helpful. We stayed here to break up our drive and couldn’t recommend it more!

Outstanding stay!

Our stay was incredible! When we arrived, there was a bit of a snafu and no one was there. I called the number on the booking and the owner (I am assuming) apologized and said she had sent an email asking when we would be arriving (I had missed the email). She said they had actually closed the lodge for the season a few days prior, but because of a mix up with Expedia, our reservation snuck through. She sent someone to unlock the lodge for us within minutes, and then Lillia showed up shortly after that to check us is. Lillie was a dream! She was so friendly and helpful and took amazing care of us. She made us a wonderful breakfast each morning and coffee was always ready when we woke up. She had lots of suggestions of things to do and was very helpful. The lodge is gorgeous with lots of comfortable places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The dining room is beautiful with an amazing view of the river. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to all the south coast waterfalls and activities. Will definitely stay here again if I ever return.
