The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful and good customers service.
Room had a great view and close to all the attractions.
Their bed was comfortable but had a lots of brown spots on the mattress.

The positive strengths were the position and location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were very basic with functional decor below expectations. Breakfast was Ok but nothing special; we decided not to eat dinner in the hotel in spite of the wonderful panorama from the dining area window. Though service was generally good, there were some disappointments

Everything about the hotel was absolutely wonderful except when we were being checked in, they tried to give us the room without the balcony I had to ask insist, two times had to say to them that’s not what’s described in this picture as I showed him. The picture has a balcony he tried to tell me the room has a view, I didn’t like that old Hotel trick
