The listing was alittle deceiving because it said room for 6 cars and the pictures show a 3 stall garage. We expected access to the 3 garage stalls and then pqrking outside. But instead we had 1 stall. We had 2 demolition derby cars we wanted to store in the garage to keep them out of the snow that was coming in and we also had a nice suv we wanted to keep inside. Needless to say we were alittle shocked. The stove stop only works with specific pans and only 1 could be located in the kitchen. But you dont know that it takes a special pan until you have 3 or 4 dirty already so thats always fun. Keypad to get into the house stopped working after 2 days so technically the house wasnt locked for the last 4 days of our trip. Thats comforting when you have a 15 month old in the house. Also bed sizes were inaccurate with the listing. Expect smaller and uncomfortable unless you are in the master.

Family Gathering!!

Main floor bedroom bathroom needed work on the sink~~ no plunger & drain is very dirty. Showers in all bathrooms slippery when wet & no grab bars. No directions for the TV that we found. Food in frig & source unknown~~ condiments fill the frig doors so limited storage. Lighting is not bright.

Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was beautiful, the scenery exquisite and the family enjoyed hiking in the woods. We also enjoyed local attractions. Although the upstairs half bath requires you to jiggle the handle and the door combination gave a distressing amount of issues. It would only allow one to enter 6 numbers not the 10 that were given and would not open

Family Getaway
Publié le 31 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved this property! It had 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which made it very comfortable for our three families! It was a little odd that the washer and dryer were between two bedrooms in the lower level. The kitchen was nice and big to accommodate multiple people fixing meals. The deck was large and had a large table which was perfect for eating outside. The creek in the back yard was a highlight! The place was clean but I noticed some places where the cleaning people have not dusted for quite some time, I.e. end tables, front foyer table, etc.
We would highly recommend this property as it is large, well maintained and centrally located in the hills! Thank you for sharing your home!

Annual sibling trip
Publié le 24 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis home was great! The location was perfect - just outside of Rapid City and close to everything. Our family had a wonderful time! We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and/or patio and enjoying the sounds of Rapid Creek. We would highly recommend this house.
