Done with staying at Days Inn. I should have learned my lesson years ago. Tired, dirty, no one at the front desk when we arrived at 7 pm. No security at the side door. Anyone can walk in without a card. Just awful

We got here, the night workers were nice, we had dirty linen so a nice woman changed it for us without a problem.We checked out the next day and someone broke into our car, we asked the front desk if there was anything they can help us with and the only manager on in the building (the younger light skinned guy) said “are you sure it was even here?” Wild. We asked if we could at least see the video tape of the camera pointing at our car and he said to talk to the police before they can help us. He also replied with “I hope you know you aren’t going to get anything back if we do help” blew us away with how they handled the situation. So we called the police and filed a report. law enforcement did let us know this keeps happening over here. Definitely keep your guard up even if your on vacation or a work trip

The check in clerk was pleasant. What was not satisfactory was the pool. It was cold and the hot tub didn't have water in it. It would have been nice had I been informed of this before I booked it. The carpets were dirty also.

No maid service during entire stay even when requested. Had to remove my own trash and request towels from front desk as well as soap. Roaches in bathroom. Unknown persons drinking/drunk at rear parking lot almost nightly. Unknown person had pickup truck on sidewalk and appeared to be doing mechanic work underneath truck. Rear entry door from parking lot not secured as locking mechanism was non-existent and card reader at door was missing with bare wires protruding from wall.

Great shower, firm bed, nice sheets, large room. TV wouldn’t work. Took two people and three visits to our room to at least make the TV work, but you had to stand with the remote near the back of the TV to change channels. We still physically had to turn off the TV, the remote wouldn’t. Breakfast consisted of bread for toast, plain, uncut bagels, yogurt, juice, coffee, cream cheese after I asked for it. NO NAPKINS, I asked. Won’t stay there again. Evening staff were quite pleasant. Morning staff not so much.

The TV did not work nor did the light over the sink. Toilet paper holder was missing. GFI kept tripping. The carpet was dirty. Only good thing was the service guys came within 30 minutes to fix TV and Light. Unfortunately the TV did not stay fixed.
