Property was well situated to downtown and freeways to go to various attractions. Hitel was clean and quiet.

This was a great place for our family. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and location worked well for us. We also enjoyed breakfast but wished there was more variety. It was the exact same thing every day. A lot of places will roared their hot items but that wasn’t the case here. The sign out front still said Howard Johnson so that was a little confusing. Staff was great. There was an older woman housekeeper that was so nice and friendly.

Hello Faye,We are disappointed to see this review and wish you would have talked to us at the front desk yesterday. We take this type of complaint very seriously. Please know that I did call in our professional pest control company. They did not find any trace of pests in either of the rooms reserved under your name. I did ask them to treat the rooms anyway. It is possible you left this review for the wrong hotel and we truly believe in being proactive when it comes to this type of pest. Please call the hotel directly to discuss this issue further. We would really love to speak with you.
