Établissement proche du Wallmart et d'un excellent Steak house !!!! Attention pas d accenseur. Si bagages lourds, il faut tout monter a l etage.

I didn’t sleep very well. The pillows were a little too hard and made my neck hurt.

Sorry about the pillow, We do sell ours we get so many request. I know pillows are a very personal thing, some people even travel with their favorite pillow. It is terrible to wake up with a stiff neck, I know the pain. Thank you Karla for your Business we do appreciate it.

The place is lovely but needs attention to service

A few things: the initial odor from the cleaning products is unpleasant; the way the beds are made requires you to practically unmake them to get to the top sheet and accompanying covers. There seems to be some confusion about payment. We were unable to get a receipt from the hotel as they claimed Hotels.com would send an email today (which we have not received-). Apparently there is a $10 service fee which the hotel tacks on because we used a third party booking agent. Also there was a $100 deposit required. As I am on a vacation staying in hotels with unsecured WiFi, I am unable to access my credit card company to check about these charges. Receiving a receipt at checkout would likely resolve this problem. And finally, when we arrived around 7 pm, there was a sign that said “Be back in 15 minutes.” 15 minutes from when? We, along with two other guests, waited 20 minutes with no sight of the receptionist. (We left to eat supper.). There was no one at the desk this morning as well although I saw one guest standing there hoping for help. The breakfast was a choice of 5 cereals and a few refrigerated items. No gluten-free options or fresh fruit.

Joanna, Thank you for that great score, but sorry for your disappointment, I will try to explain some of them.OTA's (on line travel agencies) make the Hotel sign an agreement that we will never give you information to their reservation because of the negotiated rates. We do charge processing fee because they are a lot of work almost require an extra person. We are never to touch them. They do not tell them about Pet rooms, extra people in rooms, they do a poor job of explaining our Simple Continental Breakfast , they say we have Sofa Beds/we do not. It is a mess of unhappy people that do not call to the Hotel to make their reservation. Plus every OTA you see on search engines, from Hotels.com to /reservation are owned by Bookings or Expedia, and a 100 others names called OTA's, WE tried to Gluton Free bread and not to many use it or they bring their own, Ours dried out and would never. mole. Our 100.00 Deposit is just a hold, returned at midnight if everything Joanna always go to the Official Web site of the Hotel you are staying at. This will always give you a /true Idea what you may be getting yourself into. Anyway, So Sorry and Thank You for your business and nice review.

These people required a $80 cash fee (in addition to the cost of the room) that was supposed to be returned in the morning if the room was undamaged. They said and published that the office would be open at 8AM to receive the refund but did not open the office until sometime after 8:30am when we could wait no longer and needed to leave to stay on our schedule. It seemed like a scam to effectively double the cost of the room.

John we do not take cash period! We only accept Major Credit Cards, and refuse pre paid cards. We also have a 24 hour front desk, so I do not know what you are talking about. WE collect a 100.00 Incidental Hold on your major CC, when the housekeeping department is completed she would have brought up a list of damage or stolen goods. this would affect your return hold, we hardly ever have to do this, And this is done by the Night Audit at midnight and would be returned to your Major Credit Card. You may have us mixed up with another Hotel.
