Établissement proche du Wallmart et d'un excellent Steak house !!!! Attention pas d accenseur. Si bagages lourds, il faut tout monter a l etage.

My daughter, who was traveling across the country on her way home from college, could not find her ID and they turned her away to sleep in her car. She had other forms of ID, including multiple credit cards and other cards. They also refused a refund.

Michael, Sorry that you did not read anything, it states in the Policy tat you must be 21 to rent a room AND the reservation, ID and Credit Card must have the same name on it. Start reading Hotel policies because each hotel is different.

My daughter who is driving home across the country from college was not allowed to check in because she could not find her Drivers license. The room was paid for in advance. She had credit cards and other id. She was turned away and forced to sleep in her car in Rapid City. I demand my money refunded.

Michael, You did not read the policies of the Hotel. we require Reservation, ID, and Credit Card all be in the same name. All you have to do to get your money since you did not book direct is call your on line travel agent ....they will call us and a refund will be given. we can not touch Travel agents reservations.

When I booked the room through Travelocity, the description says there was breakfast included, hence one of the reasons we booked this room. Breakfast is very minimal; cold cereal, instant oatmeal, juice, frozen muffin sandwiches….not ideal. I also found out after booking that there was an extra $10 fee per night because it was booked through a third party. Not particularly happy with this outdated property and the description that doesn’t fit much into what’s listed online. I found out these details when I received an email from the hotel after booking, when it was not able to be cancelled.

Fixtures were outdated, but breakfast was okay. Refrigerator was unplugged when we arrived, so it took awhile to cool down. Safe part of town; good size room.

Thank You Evan for your review, We always unplug the refrig and this way we know the Staff has inspected and and refrig has been disinfected. Many guest will un plug because if they hear any compressor noise it will bother them, if 2 or 3 days of ice has melted that creates another problem.. . musty smell . Thank you for all the nice comments, we appreciate them and hope to see you again.

Would Not Stay Here

The building is old and not well kept. When we got to our room there was a stain on the sheets and the mini refrigerator smelled terrible with instructions to plug it in. Our kids did enjoy the pool, but we will not be staying here again
