Convenient on Main Street, older property needs updating. Carpet felt sticky to bare feet. Noisy upstairs.

Room was ok for a one night stay. Lock on window was broken. Room had a strong chemical smell.

If you choose to stay at this hotel check the beds and couches for bed bugs. Make sure to get pictures and videos as proof to get refunded. Although the manager and employee are aware of former bed bug complaints they will not give your money back and claim that nothing was found in the room and mattresses are "new". Unfortunately this was our mistake, we were in and out of this hotel and booked down the road at ramkota which was way better for about the same price! This hotel is overpriced! Rooms are dank, smelly and the couch and mattresses are covered in stains and old.

I apologize that you did not like your accommodations. We did get to the bottom of the issue with the booking site and made the necessary changes. We at the time of your stay made the accommodation for you and your pets to the largest family suite that we have on property. The mistake that was made was not ours and we did everything that we could to accommodate your family.

Excellent gentleman at check in made it quick & easy to get into the room quickly after a very long drive. Great location & freezing cold AC! They were repaving the parking lot, but the fellas working helped us find a spot to park & we’re very kind. Overall great 2 night stay.
