The property is really starting to show its age. For being a BW premier property is just doesn’t live up to it. My room was somewhat clean, but floors didn’t look swept, the desk had stains still on it, which I cleaned off easily with a United wipe. Just not the level you would expect.

This was a nice hotel; better than expected. The staff and manager were very professional and helpful when there was an issue with pricing when I booked online; very accommodating.
Shuttle to the airport was $10.
There were some minor maintenance issues with my room, but the staff were quick to address and fix the problem.
One con is that there are NO REFRIGERATORS (at least in the double rooms we booked) and they had no microwave in the lobby area. The only available microwave was in back office at the front desk, so they had to microwave food for you.

The hotel was great. Plentiful amenities and in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again.
But I really wanted to give a big shout out to the staff. During my stay, there was an incident with my car in their parking lot (the hotel overall felt very safe, I think it was just some drunk guy at the Sturgis rally who just decided a brick and my back windshield deserved to be together). And the staff did everything in their power to make it right. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful but I especially want to point out the red headed woman who was working that Sunday afternoon (sorry I didn't catch her name!). She turned what should have been a nightmare into a minor inconvenience. And, to be honest, I didn't mind staying for another couple of days.
Thank you all so much for your help and am looking forward to staying again next time I'm in town.

The onsite restaurant closed early- only open until 10:30AM, was unable to use VIP credit.

Awesome proximity to live music in summer. Bummed that the room we stayed in last didn't have a fridge, they had to bring one to our room so that our food wouldnt spoil. But they did bring one, which is really nice.
