Our family loved the house. Everything was nice n cozy. However, there were a couple little things; 1. The grill was not clean before we used it, but I did clean it as instructed with the check in sheet. 2. The garbage was full of somebody elses trash when we first got there, we took that out to the garage as instructed with the check in sheet as well. Everything else was GREAT!! ps. My grand daughter left her sandals, is there a possiblity of getting them mailed back?

Very clean. The pictures of the property were accurate. Loved the curtains. Would be nice if there was a railing in the garage for the steps going into the house. Two of us have knee and back issues and a railing would have helped

Our family of 9 had a great stay at the Zen Den! The house was very clean and was in a great location about halfway between Custer/Mt. Rushmore and Badlands National Park. Jennifer did a great job communicating with us throughout our stay, and the check out procedures were easy!

Graduation Stay
My family and I stayed here (6 total) for our middle son’s graduation from SDSM. The house was well appointed with all of the necessities to make the stay very comfortable. The location provides easy access to all the local attractions and restaurants in Rapid City. The owner was easy to work with and quickly solved a low battery issue with the keyless front door even though they don’t live locally. We will definitely stay at the Zen Den again.

Super new house with lots of space. Nicely prepared outdoor seating area and large TV viewing room which I did not have time to use. Grocery store 5 blocks. This was perfect for our families' wedding stay. Close to the Black Hills parks and downtown Rapid City, but out of the congestion. Definitely nice. Thanks Dave

Wonderful Getaway!
We loved our visit to Rapid City and our stay at The Zen Den! The location was close drive to many activities in Keystone, Custer, Spearfish, and Deadwood! Every morning we enjoyed coffee from the coffee bar before starting our day, and in the evening our family enjoyed relaxing in the movie room or out on the private patio with the firepit. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy. Such a beautiful, clean home. Great place to stay for our family of 6. Highly recommend!

We had the best time ever and this property was fantastic!! The house was clean, fun fenced in backyard, and the neighborhood was a dead end so our kids loved riding bikes around and we didnt have to worry about many cars! Wonderful Location
This property was extremely clean and comfortable. Great space for our kids, and plenty of space for the adults too. The host, Jennifer, was helpful and communicative. The house is centrally located near Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, and Badlands National Park. We had an amazing time!

Fantastic home!
Beautiful new home accommodated our extended family over Thanksgiving (4 adults, 3 teens). The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the holiday meal. We will definitely stay here again!

Hills Alive Get Away
We had a wonderful stay at the Zen Den. Our check in was super easy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It’s was very hot this weekend and it was nice to come back to a well air conditioned home. If I were to fuss about anything it would just be that a few more kitchen gadgets and equipment would be super helpful. But that’s really not a complaint just a suggestion. Can't say enough great things about the property! Plenty of space for a family retreat of almost 10 people to spread out and relax after full days. Beautiful new house! Our family had a great time spending the weekend at the Zen Den while in Rapid City for our daughter’s swim meet. We had a fun movie night down in the theatre room and really enjoyed the space for all of our kids to have their own rooms. Definitely would recommend!

Awesome house
We will want to book this house in the future whenever we come to town. This property was comfortable and very convenient to downtown and local restaurants. Would recommend a shoe rack either in the garage or on the landing so that people have a place for shoes whenever they come into the house. Other than that awesome and thanks for all the towels!
