This property is a great place to stay. Quiet, very clean and well equipped, it exceeded our expectations while we went to a family reunion. It was a cool and comfortable place to take a break from the 100 degree weather at the reunion. It has everthing you might need for a long or short stay. The check in/out was fasta nd easy and the security system was great. Thanks Kenneth and Starla!

Our stay was exceptional! The hosts Ken and Starla were quick to help when I was having an issue with the garage. The location of the property is convenient and quiet. Better Than I Imagined
I have nothing but great things to say about the house. It was PERFECT. My 26 year old daughter and her wheelchair had more than enough room in the doorways and house. The 2 car garage was nice to load and unload. I felt at home and relaxed because I wasn't worried about anything. The next time we make it back out that way, this will be the first place I look. This owner and place are prime examples of what VRBO is supposed to be. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Great communication
Communication with Ken was great but unfortunately there was confusion with vrbo and myself so we didn't get to stay. We REALLY wanted to due to the layout and set up of 2 beds/2 baths. IF i come back, I WILL stay here. Ken was helpful with the issue in helping us resolve the issue.

The property managers were on top of every question we had prior to arriving and with their instructions on accessing the property. This beautiful property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very modern and spacious, great location.Owners were friendly and attentive. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, plenty of clean fluffy towels, beds and pillows were clean with fresh linens and plenty of extra blankets, comforters, etc. Bathrooms were spacious and spotless, 2nd bath included washer and dryer. All furniture was modern and townhouse was tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend. This property will be our first choice in the future when we return to visit Rapid City (we have relatives who live in the area). I have no regrets cancelling our hotel and choosing this rental property instead.

This place was squeaky clean and nicely appointed with local flair. So cozy with throw blankets and extra blanket in the bedroom. Nice little seating area out back. The road was a little close for comfort but never kept me from sleeping. The location is very convenient for seeing the sights. There’s a nice Main Street downtown with some great restaurants. We had a great stay and would book again!
