The staff at the crown beach resort were all very nice. I really appreciated their kindness.
The restaurant had perhaps the worst food I ever had!! I could not wait to go home. Had there been more than two flights a week I would have left three days into my trip. I tried to contact expedia for refund so I could go elsewhere but it is impossible to get through to expedia! I am very disappointed with the entire experience!

Lovely staff and excellent facilities. Room was a good size and well kept. Thoroughly recommend.

Needs some work done!!
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HotelsIts quite dated now for the price you pay. Bed is 2 singles together & you feel the join & its not a comfortable bed. The phone is hopeless due to service/static so was hopeless trying to order room service or ringing reception. Justbso you are aware The menu/food not the best & when its theme nights you cant order anything else except off the snack menu so not good if you have no transport to go elsewhere.I only stay here if i travel on my own due to having a private pool room otherwise we stay elsewhere. However the staff are lovely.

Beautiful views , friendly staff, villas spacious, bed mattresses needs a serious update but that was all that I could fault.

Have stayed before - property is in need of a little TLC looking a bit tired - housekeeping not the best - reception ladies were lovely & always helpful
