Great customer service and very nice accommodation. Just be sure to bring some ear plugs at night as there are many dogs barking throughout the night.

We are truly grateful for guests like you who take the time to provide their thoughts.Wandering dogs at night are a problem throughout Rarotonga which we have no power to resolve. All dogs in Rarotonga are supposed to be neutered, microchipped and tagged. Lovely rooms, a nice pool, and convenient location (on the back road). Great people working there - superb service. Would happily return.

The staff are superb and look after all guests so well. The rooms are spacious and quiet with all modern appliances including espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

nice place to stay, needs some maintenance eg fly screens, outdoor furniture falling apart etc but overall, a great room well equipped. Staff were nice when you saw them occasionally.
Biggest issue was the packs ( i mean packs of dogs up to 6/8) roaming through barking for hours nonstop, this is not our first visit to the island but by far the noisiest with fighting dogs outside the room and coming onto balcony setting off sensor lights etc and the constant barking. out of 11 nights stay only got sleep 3 nights the rest nonstop. noise.

We have recently upgraded our indoor furniture covers and cushions. We are currently upgrading our outdoor furniture; new covers have been made and shipped, and our team is actively repairing the furniture and flyscreens. The roaming dogs are indeed a challenge in Rarotonga. While our maintenance teams work hard to keep them away during the day, we understand how disruptive they can be at night. Despite our ongoing efforts and requests for guests not to feed or interact with the dogs, we have decided to take additional measures and employ a night security guard dedicated to keeping the dogs away.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption you experienced. Our guests are the heart of our business, and we are committed to making improvements based on your valuable feedback.Thank you once again for bringing your concerns to our attention.Kia manuia from the Kia Orana Villas team.
