Rachel and Bob, caretakers and cleaner are great, friendly and do an awesome job. Noises from other units till 3am is not acceptable even after this was addressed with the manager. The toilets and washing machine need immediate attention and mantinence. This was also addressed with management with not a positive outcome. Smelly toilet leaking on the floor and a towel was wrapped around the base of it. Not ideal

Hi Jude thanks for your review and sorry for some of the issues raised, you mention that no positive outcome from the guest making the noise, these guests were only in villa for 2 nights and they were notified on the 2 occasions to keep the noise down. regarding the washing machine this was reported to me and the local agent came down and reported that it had been fixed, I was not aware of the ongoing problem.Regarding the toilet again i appologise for this once again i was not aware of the issue until you have raised it in this review, i know its of no use to yourself but this will be rectified straight away. we are very proud of our villas and get a lot of positive comment, so i am sorry that these issues may have dampened your stay.

Awesome Holiday Home for Large Family or Friends

Pour : The house is a fantastic size high ceilings and lots of space so did not feel crowded at all with 8 of us sharing.
Contre : Air conditioning would be fantastic, as the ceiling fans only circulated the hot air until early hours of the morning.
Emplacement : 10-15 minute drive from Muri Beach and about 15-20 minutes from Airport. 1km from house is a great beach area with crystal clear water
This was the perfect accommodation for two families who travelled together to attend a friend's wedding. We had two king rooms and 2 king/split each room shares one bathroom with another room. The pool in the house was fantastic and although not huge it was big enough for the 8 of us to be popping in and out as the heat demanded. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Publié le 5 nov. 2016 sur WotifFantastic property with all the comforts of home. While it's not a beach front location, being surrounded by lush, tropical greenery was lovely. The pool meant that the kids were able to swim and enjoy the amazing weather without having to spend every moment at the beach.
The king size beds were super comfortable with clean, crisp linen. We slept soundly every night although the roosters take a bit of getting used to! The housekeeping team was friendly and professional and did a great job.
We'd love to stay here again next time we visit the Cook Islands.
