We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our services.We are currently working closely with the Ministry of Environment to implement significant beach upgrades, including replacing the rock cages that protect our shoreline. Unfortunately, global warming and king tides have greatly impacted our beach, but we are committed to restoring and maintaining its beauty.Regarding the tennis court, we are planning refurbishments to enhance our facilities.We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the breakfast buffet. We are working on diversifying our offerings to ensure a more satisfying experience for our guests.The issue with the flippers and the activities hut is concerning, and we will ensure better inventory management to avoid such situations in the future.We regret the mix-up during check-in and appreciate your understanding. Our staff will be reminded to double-check room assignments to prevent such errors. As for late check-out, it is subject to availability and can only be confirmed 24 hours prior.
