From check in it was clear the property was under maintained. Probably rank as a quality back packer accommodation, but no more. Room was okay on first inspection, however bed wasn't comfortable, and there was no TV remote. Once I switched it on using buttons, there were no available channels anyway... Not sure why it's there!! Needs some type of external source. We lost all water to take and toilet that evening, while brushing teeth, used water from kettle to rinse. Not possible to shower that night, and hopefully to would be fixed during the night, it was, and we were able to shower in the morning, fortunately. It's nice the resort has a pool, but it's actually in the middle of the restaurant, so if you want to swim, you'd better be prepared for an audience!! Overall, rather disappointing place to stay, except for proximity to the airport... The only drawcard in my opinion.

Thank you for staying with us. We had a water mains issue that was fixed in 2-hours. We will soon be installing new 65" smart tvs that can sync with our free Starlink wifi for non-stop streaming. The pool, funny story, was actually outdoors, but our restaurant grew around it enabling families to dine and have their young kids swim. Hope you enjoyed your Rarotonga holiday, and had a safe flight home.

Rooms, staff, breakfast and proximity to airport but on water so nice Only criticism, we arrived at 10pm from a long flight and couldnt even purchase a packet of chips, too tired to find food Breakfast was great

Great spot to stay right on the ocean. It was really convenient because our flight landed late and we were able to just walk across the street to the hotel and were kindly greeted by the night staff that checked us in. I would definitely stay here again!
