Dear Guest, Thank you firstly for staying with us, and also for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. It is very sad to read that the cleanliness level did not meet your expectations, nevertheless your valuable comments noted and conveyed to our new onboard executive Housekeeper who will dig deep to find out the root causes of the shortfalls and will take immediate actions to rectify them accordingly. Please accept my sincere apologies for the swimming pool shut down which was due to annual cleaning and maintenance work in order to enhance and uplift our customer’s experience, and the good news is we finished the maintenance work and it is already opened and back to normal operation. Problème d'ascenseur!

Que deux ascenseurs pour un hôtel de cette taille c'est pas assez, pour peu qu'on habite au dernier étage c'est un vrai calvaire pour descendre ou monter!! Mais le rapport qualité/prix est bien.

TOO MUCH NOISE!

They work a lot with groups of children from kazakstan between 12 and 16 years old. I let you imagine what is the situation when u have 400 hundreds of them in the hotel came for Holiday with Hip-hop thematic. It felt in discotek in my room every day from 9AM till 11pm, phone ringing during the night, lift always full,.... This hotel has to make a choice work with grups or with particular people (holliday, work,...) Not a good idea to go in this place

Hotel gérer par un fantôme

Piscine grande mais a l hombre toute la journée. Nous sommes restés 3 jours et personne n a changé les serviettes. Le mini bar a notre arrivée etait a moitié vide ainsi que les bouteilles. Le personnel fait ce qui lui plaît et personne pour les gérés. Loin de la plage et du centre ville. Situé dans une zone industriel.

Trop loin de tout

L hotel est situe a plus d'une heure de l aeroport de Dubai. Nous avions reserves pour uner semaine mais avons fuit l'hotel apres 1 nuit. L'hotel est situe en plein milieu d une zone industrielle. Loin de tout. Bien reflechir avant de reserver l hotel car il vous faudra une voiture pour vous deplacer. Pas du tout aime malheureusement.

Hôtel pratiquement neuf

J'ai passé deux nuits en famille dans cet hôtel. L'accès est très facile et il dispose d'un grand parking. L'établissement est d'une propreté remarquable et le service de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent tant dans le choix que dans la qualité. C'est idéalement placé pour une escapade dans les petits émirats du nord et aussi pour visiter Musamdan qui est une région omanaise, encore un peu plus au nord.

Booked the room for my husband and 2 kids for the RAK half marathon. The room was a decent size and location was good for the race. I booked a one bedroom suite. I asked at check in if the couch in the room pulled out into a bed and was told yes. This was not true. Ok. so asked for an extra bed and for extra linen for the couch. I didn't mind paying for the extra bed but the F.D staff tried to tell me that my two children could just sleep together in the single extra bed and didn't want to give extra linen. I had to convince him to send it. They sent horrible bedding and which we turned away and asked for bedding just like the regular beds. We retuned from the race the next morning just before breakfast was finishing, so I asked is there time to enjoy breakfast as it was paid for already with the room. They said yes no problem but as soon as we walked in they started putting everything away. They took all of the utensils so we couldn't get our food. They could have waited 5 minutes to allow us to at least get something on our plates, otherwise, just tell us that they are closing. Overall, we got what we paid for, but the staff could use a bit of training. (Coming from someone with a hotel background).
