This Rixos Bab Al Bahr is not a 5 star luxury hotel. Too many people everywhere, too loud and not comfortable, too expensive for USD 500 paid per night. A clear misrepresentation. We know Rixos in Abu Dhabi which is really a great resort and service for 5 star.

établissement très propre. Beaucoup de Russe qui se crois tous permis!! on c'est fais prendre nos serviettes de piscine et transat sans aucun scrupule!!! par ces personnes..

Etablissement fréquenté principalement par des russes ou de l'Azerbaïdjan, Turkmenistan...hôtel très bruyant et nourriture très basique et peu savoureuse. Décevant car la première fois votre impression était meilleure.

Séjour parfait, à noter la piscine à débordement chauffée à 30° et les restos à réserver tous top et dans le All In. Buffet parfait.

Good stay BUT…

My stay was very good, the place is delightful, and most of the staff are very friendly and polite. I say most because the guy who checked me in (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) was rude and inattentive. I informed him that I had two separate reservations for two consecutive days and wanted to stay in the same room without needing to check in again. However, due to his lack of care on the second day, my room was blocked, and I had to go to reception to resolve this. Thankfully, I was perfectly assisted by another staff member (whose name I also don't remember) who quickly and very politely resolved my issue.   Another issue I find serious about the hotel is that despite using the term "ultra all-inclusive," the à la carte restaurants can only be used from the second day onwards, and I only found this out at the hotel reception. I checked the entire website and found no mention of this information.   There are also times when it's impossible to get any kind of complimentary free food because all the restaurants are closed, and there is no area where you can get any kind of snack.   The operating hours of the self-service restaurant do not match those stated on the website/check-in because half an hour before closing, there was hardly any food or utensils left for us to serve ourselves.   Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return to the hotel, but I believe that information regarding the use of the restaurants should be immediately included on the website.
