Avis Villa Shanti - surrounded by tranquility, nature and crystal clear Adriatic sea

We stayed there for one Week and rented all four apartments. The villa was even nicer than on the pictures. Ingrid is a very very nice host and took care on all requests from our side. All in all we had a really great time there and recommend the villa.

Perfect location for a trip with friends. Villa is clean and has everything you need. The host is super friendly! Great stay, highly recommend

Villa Shanti ist eine hochwertig ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin Ingrid ist sehr sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Poolhaus ist genial. So macht Urlaub Spaß. Sehr gerne wieder

We (a family of 10 - 3 generations from 1,5 to 60 years) spend 2 weeks in Villa Shanti in the summer of 2020. We arrived with high expectations, and they were more than met in this wonderful house. The house and the contents of the house – from kitchen equipment over the beds to the pool – were of very high quality. Also it must be mentioned that the service we received from Ingrid from the start of the booking to the end of our holiday were extraordinary. Any questions were answered within hours (or even minutes), and when we one day encountered problems with the air-condition in one of the rooms, a technician was ordered right away and showed up the next morning at 9 o’clock. Air-con couldn’t be fixed, but before the end of the day, it had been replaced! Last I will emphasize that we had booked the house in the midst of a Corona-time. Which meant that we – 1,5 months before arrival – were impacted of new restrictions for travelling issued by the Danish authorities. We contacted Ingrid – was it possible at this late stage and due to those very special conditions of Corona-pandemi to cancel the booking? We promptly received the message: “Of course, I understand”, and the money were transferred back to us immediately. Luckily the restrictions for travelling were lifted, so we could go and spend two fantastic weeks in Villa Shanti

Zu der Villa kann man nicht viel sagen! Sie ist wirklich TOP und lässt keine Wünsche übrig! Der einzige Nachteil - man muss zum guten Strand etwas weit laufen oder fahren)

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Shanti. The house is very well maintained and clean. About 15 minutes walk is a beautiful bay, which was only visited by us. Ingrid is a heartfelt human and is always available as soon as questions arise. Thank you for everything Ingrid and see you next time :)

Im gesamten hat alles gepasst. Alles sehr gepflegt und modern.

Abbiamo trascorso in 10 persone una settimana di vacanza a Villa Shanti. Le fotografie rendono esattamente l'idea della casa. C'è un caseggiato che contiene 4 appartamenti per 3 persone l'uno con entrata autonoma, a chiave elettronica. Ogni appartamento è dotato di bagno, salottino, cucina attrezzata, cassaforte, microonde, tv con canali italiani, zanzariera, aria condizionata. Le finiture sono ottime e gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli. Al piano superiore ci sono anche le tende da sole elettriche. All'esterno una bella piscina con lettini e materassini, possibilità di nuoto controcorrente e cascata d'acqua regolabili con telecomando. Doccia esterna calda. Accanto alla piscina una struttura che contiene una ampia cucina ed un altro bagno. La cucina è di design, confortevole, climatizzata e ben attrezzata. Per un gruppo fino a 12 persone è il cuore della casa. C'è anche un caminetto per barbecue. La cucina ha un grande frigorifero e la lavastoviglie. Il bagno accanto ha una doccia/sauna ma soprattutto lavatrice ed asciugatrice molto comode. Fa parte delle dotazioni della casa anche ia sala giochi con freccette, biliardo, biliardino e bar. Ingrid, molto gentilmente, ci ha accolto e spiegato ogni dotazione e ci ha consigliato qualche escursione in zona. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il giro in kayak nel fiordo di Arsia e la discesa alla spiaggia deserta più vicina. Siamo stati anche alla spiaggia di Ravni, molto bella. A Labin, circa una 15 di km, il supermercato più vicino mentre a Koromacno un piccolo negozietto con l'essenziale. In generale, il luogo è selvaggio ed abbastanza isolato ma per questo apprezzabile e caratteristico. In zona tanta salvia selvatica profumata, splendidi paesaggi e tramonti, caprioli, acqua trasparente e cristallina e Villa Shanti un bel punto di partenza per le esplorazioni del luogo. Peccato essere in un luogo così bello e non godersi la casa tutto il giorno! Per gli amanti della natura e anche per gli amanti delle comodità, è consigliatissima!
