Gorgeous hotel and fabulous staff!

Overall an amazing hotel but for very hot rooms
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsIt would have been a perfect 5 out of 5 had it not been for the very hot rooms in the night. It was upwards of 25 degrees making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The overall amazing experience at the hotel with friendly staff, great amenities etc was spoilt by this one issue which despite multiple complaints was not resolved to satisfaction.

Publié le 4 févr. 2024 sur HotelsOtel ve çalışanları gerçekten çok iyi, konforlu büyük odaları var, pistlerin dibinde kullanışlı, lüks sayılabilir bir otel. Biz 5 aile gelmiştik ve herkes çok memnun. Suitlerdeki açılabilir yatakların geliştirilmesi lazım. Çok rahatsız bu yataklar maalesef. Kayak dolaplarının yeri de malesef çok kullanışsız. Son olarak da otelin önündeki açık havadaki oturulabilir kısımlar, tasarıma kurban gitmiş, çok güzel bir alan hep boş ve kullanılamıyor. Bütün bunlara rağmen Kopaonike yine gelsek yine bu otelde kalırız.

We will be back
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HotelsEvery member of the services team: waiters, cleaning ladies, room service, receptionists, doormen... was extremely kind and wiling to go an extra mile to make our stay a memorable experience. Few nuisances: we could not watch pay-per-view movies because application on TV could not start and issue was not fixed while we were there, for more than four days. Parking in hotel garage is pricey 25 euros per night

The location is impressive, but most of all, i would like to highlight the kindness of the staff. i interacted a few times with the dining room staff and the reception and their level of service was impressing.

Almost everything was great. Only the breakfast was to busy. Not enough tables available. Had to sit with other people on a table. And this was happening to more people who came in.
