The property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site.

The cleaniness have to be improve, there are dust around the furnitures, especially the sofa where there's lots of dust came out when we sat on it, the surrounding area looks old and not well maintain

Publié le 2 nov. 2021 sur HotelsThe apartment is quite spacious for a family of three. The apartment itself needs a bit of improvement. We found ants crawling around the apartment, especially the kitchen and living room. The cleanliness of the kitchen is unpleasant with ants around the wall and smells damp.
The restaurant at The Pines does very good food. We had breakfast (buffet style) costs RM20 per person if you stay there. The evening food at the restaurant was also quite decent. We had seafood fried rice and fish and chips which taste quite good.
