Amazing view!

There is no sound insulation with the apartment next door, everything little sound can be heard. The property can benefit from basic maintenance: broken toilet paper holder, broken awning (which my husband fixed). Also the electricity kept turning off, probably because the AC was running. It’s a reasonably priced place in Ravello so one can’t expect too much. However some basic things were missing, a coffee maker big enough for at least 2 people, a small shelf to store soap in the shower while showering. All in all it’s a basic apartment with limited natural light and with very little charm. The terrace with the view was the best part

Carmen was great, and helped us several times with our questions and taxi services. The housekeeper was very nice and informative about the town.

Somewhat removed from the village square and like all of Ravello…vertically challenged by terrain and steps. But lovely village and people.
Nice host and easy check in process.
Could stand to update / improve the spartan furnishings and scarce kitchen supplies.

Had small glitch checking in when owners phone was locked out, but contacted the company manager and got sorted within an hour. Unfortunately clothes washer was also broken, but owner offered to wash our clothes for us. Would love to come back. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs!! Worth it!

Poor communication, great view

We happened to come across the apartment because we guessed which apartment it was based on the view - the door was unlocked so we let ourselves in. The next day someone arrived and asked us how we got in. We also didn’t have wifi until the person arrived the next day because no password or information was left.
Great view, but also comes with a fairly onerous walk up to the town.

Wonderful flat in Ravello

And very quiet and a beautiful view looking north up the coast. The owner provided dedicated and safe parking for my stay but it may not always be available. The wifi worked perfectly. Carmen proactively stayed in touch throughout my stay and was always very responsive. Excellent stay!
