La gentillesse du personnel, et le très bon accueil sont à souligner. La propreté de la chambre et des parties communes est irréprochable. La proximité du centre historique et touristique mais aussi de la gare sont des atouts indéniables.

This is a private apartment within a guest house with super friendly and helpful host. Easy self check in and check out, cheap (around €2 per day) parking just around the corner in a large public car park. Very central too but outside the ZTL. Perfect for a family. The apartment is quite modern with a kitchen all the amenities.

The only issue we had was the room was on the last floor and we had to take the luggage up. Our age range was between 60 to72 of age and it was a little difficult.

We loved this place at first sight when a friend of mine and I walked in. While from the outside it looked like a middle class 'palazzina', like there are many in Italy, as we opened the door we were surrounded by a real home, a place where someone had lived and had loved and suddenly his or her soul was still there, in the paintings, the drawings, the books and the furniture, talking to us. Even though this place was transformed in a "B&B", it does not appear to have lost its essence and for the time we were there we felt at home, secure, as if we were staying with friends, a feeling only heightened by the presence of the "maitresse de maison" as she explained to us the history of the place, alongside serving breakfast the next morning. A great place to return or direct friends to, it made our Ravenna experience complete.

Very friendly service, late check-in and gluten free breakfast not a problem. Also possible to leave luggage there after check-out. Nice location and big rooms.
