Beds were quite firm and the pillows were thin but besides that it was a great hotel.

Was a perfect place for us to stay in Ravenna prior to our cruise. Was a 10-12 minute walk from the train station. Very friendly and room was exactly what we needed for a family of 4.

When I checked out next morning I alerted them not to put anyone in our room today since there are ants on the bed and ants all over the floor. I sat on the sofa in the reception waiting to leave and there were two ants, obviously they crawled off me. They simply said OK, no apology or offer of compensation. I should have suspected something as there was an odd sweet smell in the room, probably bug killer, but we were pretty tired and went straight to sleep. The room should never have been given out. The room is smaller than a cabin on a ship, the tiny shower is nevertheless slippery. The mattress is the type you get with a sofa bed. The hotel otherwise seems clean.

Dear Doreen,We remind you that by confirming your choice when booking on a small double room and you discarded the other 2 types that are certainly more comfortable and suited to your needs. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes it may happen that there are some ants during this period, but certainly not an infestation as you imply. Anyway, thank you for reporting. We solved the problem. If you had reported the problem to us upon arrival we would have promptly changed your room. However, we cannot intervene on the sweet smell as the cakes and croissants are cooked during the night and you will find them fresh every morning. We are happy that you noticed the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel. Best regards

Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Mattress was hard, pillows were below average. Shower leaked. Soap was less than 1 inch in diameter. Hotel close to center

Posted Jun. 13, 2024 on HotelsGreat stay and location for the night before our cruise. Room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. Breakfast was good as well. Appreciate the hotel sending an email a couple of months before our stay to encourage prebooking our ride to the port, as taxis and uber are scarce those morning's. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the train station, us maybe closer to 15 because of all our luggage.

We stayed here before our cruise out of Ravenna. Room is small, but good for a night. They had breakfast that was included with rooms. The only complaint about breakfast was they didn’t restock anything when it was low. The hotel was walking distance to the train station so very convenient since the taxi service was on strike. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
