The unit is a bit smaller in size that we expect especially the bathroom and stand shower area.
The have a kids park within the villa which is great for kids

Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur Hotels한국인 후기가 많지 않아 걱정이 되기도 했는데, 혹시나 하는 일은 전혀 발생하지 않았어요. 영어로 소통하는데 문제 없었고, 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았어요.
LG 통돌이 세탁기(건조 가능)를 유용하게 사용했고, 풀빌라마다 자전거도 비치돼 있어요.
생수(물 맛 좋음)와 타올, 어메니티 등이 제공되고, 룸 청소는 문앞에 표시해두면, 매일 오전마다 청소합니다.
아침식사는 뷔페식이고, 그럭저럭 먹을만 합니다.
바로 앞 골목 삼거리에 편의점이 있고, 그 인근에는 빅씨마트가 있어 편해요.
룸서비스를 주문해 보지 않았으나, 가격이 저렴한 편입니다. 그리고 도보 가능한 인근에 이태리, 스위스, 영국, 러시아 등등 각 나라별 전문식당과 라와이 수산시장이 있어요.
슈페리어 2베드룸을 예약했다가, 3베드룸으로 업그레이드됐는데, 방 들이 연결돼 있지 않은 점이 아쉽고, 일부 공사 소음이 들립니다. 평상시는 조용해서 가족들과 휴가를 즐기기에 좋았습니다.
키즈파크는 5세 미만 아이가 사용하기 좋고, 간혹 풀빌라를 다니는 고양이가 마당에서 낮잠을 즐기기도 하니, 너무 놀라지 마세요.
여기도 마찬가지로 러시아 계열이나 중국인들이 대부분이었어요.
푸켓에서 풀빌라는 신혼여행 이후 두 번째인데 가격대비 개인 수영장 사이즈 등 가성비가 좋아 다음에 기회된다면, 또 가고 싶어요.

Great place in Rawai

Our family of four adults and two children got a lot of use out of the pool, the accommodation was clean and the location was great close to lots of restaurants and the ocean. My only disappointment was the kids park which is aimed primarily at 3 to 5 year olds. I thought there was mention of a trampoline park, but there wasn’t one. Also, the big pool didn’t seem to be open.

We use feedback like yours to continually improve our guest experience. You are right, the trampoline park is still in the planning stage, and this project will come, but later. Currently there is karting for older children. The large swimming pool is located on the school grounds and is accessible only on weekends. We will be glad to see you again!

the service from the cafe was disappointing and it operating separately from the villa. alot of time when i call reception for certain things, we are ask to refer to the cafe, but when i call cafe, we are asked to call reception.
Payment option have to clear upfront if charge through room cant exceed the deposit paid. its disappointing to be chasing for bill on the 2nd day.
However the staffs are very helpful to do whatever within their means. I hope the management can get it more organise between operation of the cafe and villa for customers to enjoy their stay at the villa.
Not recommended to come back again until they improve on that

Once again, I apologize to you for the inconvenience! We talked with the cafe staff and the reception staff. The guest can always pay his bill from the restaurant at the reception during checkout without limiting the deposit. The reception staff the day before departure will inform the guest of the amount for confirmation, so as not to take away the guest’s time on the checkout. We hope that this system will be more convenient. Thanks for your time for feedback.

Property is excellent, good facilities and comfortable bed. Could possibly do with good maintenance and shower drain water is blocked / slow moving and broken toilet seat. Staff are friendly and polite but on the day there was no power in the resort, we were offered only 1 alternative i.e. transport to the nearest beach which we didn't intend to go. Children play area is nearby but limited. Cleaning only once during the 2 weeks of our stay. Overall great place to stay with children, great pool and facilities but could be improved.
