Property is being renovated- rooms are updated , but the rest is not complete. Parking lot is full of pot holes.

It’s a decent place when on I 80 when all you need is a place to sleep.

Room was clean but outdated, bed was not real comfortable and the pillows were awful

It was nasty on outside. Horrible. It was unkept &pit holes in parking so big it ate your tire. Old and dirty.

Rawlins
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsWe pulled in from very long day on the road around 4:45pm. We were told we couldn't check in due to maids not having room inspected yet. The listed check in time was 4:00pm. After walking around the place & seeing how dirty & unkept it was, we went to the desk & asked her to cancel our room. We were told they couldn't do it since we went through the third party.
We then called you & told rep what happened. He called the hotel & talked to the manager. She told him we were late check-ins & room was ready for us, so she wouldn't allow refund. We still chose not to stay there since the place was so dirty & the front desk was SO uncooperative!
Your rep was able to give us a $50 credit for future stay when booked with Hotels.com.
We had to find another local hotel & paid quite a bit more to stay the night. We would NOT recommend the Days Inn in Rawlins to anyone else.
