Nice room with desk, table, low counter, two chairs so we could both be comfortable, lots of towels and nice staff. There was no freezer in the refrigerator to refreeze our freezy things for the ice chest. The biscuit at breakfast was too hard to eat.

The rooms are nice. The pool was cloudy and way over chlorinated, made me nauseous. At 7:00 AM there were some bikers who were right next to the hotel who started their engines and were revving them over and over. It woke me up. I called the front desk and they refused to do anything about it. They just kept saying that they were about to leave. It was over 20 minutes that they were their blasting music and engines. I have no interest staying at a hotel that doesn’t care about the concerns of their guests. I won’t be staying there again. Also, when checking in at 4PM I was told that they didn’t have my room ready yet, and I’d have to wait. This was after the check in time. If it weren’t for another worker there who told them to put me in an available room, I would have been waiting around for who knows how long. This is just another example of how poorly trained their front desk staff is. Hopefully their management can get them better trained in customer service and operations.
