Almost no one was there on a Saturday night. We went in and were given a room on the first floor at the very end of the hall. We went into the room and the bed was made but the sheets and pillowcases under the spread were dirty. I don’t think they were changed. We called front desk for another one and she said we could have a second floor room. As we walked out of our room, three doors around ours were open about 5 inches each (identically). One had an old ugly purse hanging on the knob. All I could think is that those rooms weren’t open 5 minutes before when we walked by. I really got a prostitution vibe from those rooms. We were then on edge and the front desk gave us new keys to a second floor room. I asked where the elevator was and was told there was none. We went to the carpeted stairs and my wife was grossed out over how dirty the stairs were. Also, every desk chair I saw in the place has peeling pleather on it and were severely cut up. Back to the stairs, they were very unclean. Not vacuumed and with stains on them. We then totaled our displeasure and walked out losing almost $100. It was worth losing the money to not stay there. We felt completely unsafe. Wyndham needs to do something. Gives the whole company a bad name.

They advertise services that they don't have, they say free breakfast and they don't give you breakfast, they don't have a washer and dryer.

Estaba en remodelación y en la página no lo dice, además incluía el Desayuno y no hubo desayuno por lo mismo que estaban en remodelación y al llegar nunca nos dijeron eso sino hasta el otro día que preguntamos por el desayuno. Pésimo primera ves que me siento estafada.
